When Brenda was in the 6th grade she was offered an opportunity to play the leading role in a school play. Although she was often called shy by her teachers and classmates, she took on the challenge and succeeded. The encouragement from her teacher, Ms. Queen was never forgotten. From that point on Brenda welcomed the opportunity to take on leading roles, in school, at work and in community activities.
