Marketing Your Business
Whether you are just starting out or have been in business for a few years, you will learn how to spell “SUCCESS”. Brenda will define advertising vs marketing and explore at least 25 Marketing Strategies (and there must be 150 or more) that will make others take notice of your product or service. We will take a page from the “Creating the Million $ Dollar Leader” and change your hobby into a real business.

Emerging Leader Program (3 – 6 months)
This intensive coaching program is designed for participants who are new to management, in a management position for less than 3 years or professionals interested in learning about leadership. ELP is designed with one day of training and 10 – 12, 90 minute to 2 hour bi-weekly follow up sessions. Topics include Introduction to Management, Leadership Concepts, Emotional Intelligence, Communications, Motivation, Teamwork, Diversity and other related topics. Several assessments will be administered. Available to individuals or groups.
